• We do not guarantee that all listings, deadlines, eligibility rules, or organizer information are always complete, current, or error-free
• Competition details may change without notice by third-party organizers
• Users are responsible for verifying official rules, dates, and requirements with the competition organizer before applying

7. Alerts, Notifications, and Emails

By using alert features, you agree that we may send service-related emails and requested notifications to the email address you provide.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential alert emails at any time, but we may still send important account, security, or legal notices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, text, graphics, software, databases, and other materials on the Platform, excluding third-party trademarks or content, are owned by or licensed to CompeteHub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CompeteHub, its affiliates, team members, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party right
